Exceptional service

That was my first time shopping from your shop and I was excited and a bit reluctant at the same time but I ordered anyways. When I receive my parcel, the abaya was stained... I was disappointed at first but then I contacted one of your CSR and they somehow managed to replace it according to their policy, that process was not so long but I think I was more anxious and then everything went well and I got my new replaced abaya. I liked it, it's quality, cuts, pattern and everything. I will shop again if Allah wills. Also may Allah give barakah in your work.
