Returns & Exchange Policy
What is your return or exchange policy?
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange if:
The product is damaged, stained, defective, or incomplete.
The product received does not match the size or article ordered.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with labels and protective stickers attached.
Please note:
Return & Refund: Change of mind is not applicable for return or refund. Products cannot be returned or refunded due to liking, disliking, color preference, design preference, or personal choice after receiving the order.
Exchange: Exchange is possible in all cases.
Online purchases must be returned to our Customer Services / E-commerce Department. Online orders cannot always be returned directly in-store unless our customer support team guides you to the nearest TGM outlet for exchange.
This policy is only applicable for orders delivered within Pakistan. For international orders, return and/or exchange is not possible.
How do I apply for an exchange or return request?

Please share your order number, reason for exchange, and clear pictures/videos of the product if there is any issue.
Once our customer support team approves your request, you will be asked to send the parcel to:

TGM Ecommerce Department Plot # 100/C, Duppta Gali, Block#2, Tariq Road, PECHS, Karachi.
Please note that the customer is responsible for the return courier charges.
When will my return or exchange be processed?
We aim to process all approved exchange cases within 5–7 working days after receiving the parcel.
During busy periods, sale days, or peak seasons, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.
What is your size exchange policy?
If you received the wrong size or the size does not match your order, you may request a size exchange within 15 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with labels attached.
In some cases, our customer support team may guide you to the nearest TGM outlet for exchange.
Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer cash refunds or bank refunds.
In any valid issue, we will try our best to resolve the matter through exchange. If the same item, size, or article is not available, we may issue a voucher/store credit so you can purchase again from TGM.
Voucher/store credit may be offered in cases such as:
The product is damaged or defective.
The ordered item is unavailable for replacement.
The same size or article is out of stock.
The issue cannot be resolved through exchange.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be included in the voucher/store credit.
Change of Mind / Liking & Disliking
Change of mind is not eligible for return or refund, but may be considered for exchange subject to approval and availability.
Liking or disliking the product after receiving it, including color preference, design preference, fabric feel, or personal choice, will not be entertained for refund. In selected cases, exchange may be offered subject to approval and availability.
Customized & Made-to-Order Products
Customized orders, alterations, and made-to-measure products cannot be refunded or exchanged.
However, if you received an incorrect measurement due to our error, please share clear pictorial evidence. Our team will review the case and try to resolve the issue.
Sale & Discounted Orders
Exchanges on sale or discounted products are only applicable if the product received does not match the product you ordered, or if the product is damaged or defective.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded due to change of mind, liking/disliking, size selection mistake, or personal preference.
Important Note
All exchange and voucher approvals are subject to product inspection by our team. Any used, washed, damaged, altered, or incomplete product will not be accepted.
